We specialize in caregiver-led intervention models, family guidance, and clinician-supported caregiver support.

We are looking for a motivated and creative Director of Clinical Outcomes & Customer Engagement to join our team. This role is responsible for elevating clinical quality, driving caregiver and clinician engagement, and shaping the digital future of behavioral health.

The Director of Clinical Outcomes and Customer Engagement will provide strategic oversight while staying deeply involved in the day-to-day realities of digital service delivery

Minimum Qualifications

• BCBA, BCBA-D, Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, or equivalent clinical licensure
• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• 5+ years in clinical practice, with 3+ years in leadership or QA
• Deep expertise in family guidance, ABA, and caregiver-centered intervention
• Experience with digital platforms, data collection systems, and clinician training
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Familiarity with acceptance and commitment therapy or trauma-informed models a plus

This position will be 100% RUBI focused, so RUBI experience is a plus.
